Two-Summer Patent Program (initial entry for 1L law students)
Our Two-Summer Patent Program has two tracks: Patent Strategy + Prosecution and Patent Litigation. This program was created to develop you into the next successful MoFo IP attorney. We will immerse you in our Patent Strategy + Prosecution Group or Patent Litigation Group over two full summers, and we will guide you in your professional development. You will also attend our unique Patent Boot Camp training program and be mentored by our leading IP partners.
