Job Summary: As a Salesforce Administrator at Solairus Aviation, you are responsible for developing and supporting our Salesforce configuration and customization. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will also maintain strong collaborative relationships with the IT and security departments to ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives. This role involves understanding departmental needs, implementing solutions within Salesforce, and ensuring that these solutions adhere to IT security standards. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Collaboration with Marketing and IT: Work under the direction of the VP of Marketing while aligning Salesforce strategies with IT and security objectives. Facilitate regular communication between marketing and IT teams. • User Support: Provide first-level support to Salesforce users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues. • Salesforce Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with IT security policies. • Data Management and Integrity: Maintain data integrity within Salesforce, performing data cleansing, imports, and updates, with a focus on security. • Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards, supporting both marketing and data security needs. • Security and Compliance Oversight: Manage user access and permissions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. • Change Management and Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of system processes and manage communication related to Salesforce updates. • Training and Support: Provide training to users on Salesforce functionality. • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with IT for system integration and aligning technical solutions with marketing strategies. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor Salesforce performance, ensuring system efficiency and security. • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, releases, and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the latest features and improvements.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.) or equivalent experience. • Salesforce Administrator certification. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Detail-oriented and organized. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Basic understanding of CRM concepts and business processes. • Familiarity with data management and quality best practices.
Preferred Skills: • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics, and Tableau. • Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder and Flow. • Familiarity with Salesforce data migration and integration tools. • Understanding of APEX and Visualforce development. • Basic understanding of IT security principles as they relate to Salesforce. | ||||
