Primary Objective:
Die changeovers and loading steel.
 
Major Responsibilities:
•Performing die changeovers and coil set-up
•Performing PM equipment checks.
•Performing daily tasks in a safe manner.
 
Qualification and Experience:
•Will have experience in the set-up of metal stamping presses.
•Will have the ability to operate an overhead crane.
•Experience in automotive stamping and/ or welding.
•Experience and accuracy with precision measuring instruments.
•Will have good communication skills (both written and verbal) and effective interpersonal skills.
•Will have basic mathematical aptitude.
•Computer experience, specifically: Office 2000 software (Excel, Word, etc.).
•Can work with a minimum of direct supervision.
 
Physical Activity:
•Lifting up to 33 lbs.
•Standing 100%
•Bending and Walking frequently
•Material handling of steel components, both physically and using pallet jack equipment, forklifts and overhead crane.
