Summary
This position will provide support the client fee arrangement and guidelines review process in order to ensure clients are billed in accordance with agreed upon requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities including the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Review and maintain relevant correspondence or documentation of client billing agreements and requirements within Elite 3E and our cloud based management system.
  • Implement fee or cost requirements in Elite 3E and if appropriate, work with the Rates team to set up agreed upon rate arrangements.
  • Create and maintain internal resource documents (e.g., client billing rules, biller checklists, and partner summaries) as well as update pertinent billing instructions within Elite 3E.
  • Research background information for invoices that are adjusted or rejected by clients due to guideline violations or rate discrepancies.
  • Work closely with Billing and Collections in sharing information that can help streamline effective processes for invoicing and payment efforts.
  • Work closely with E-Bill Coordinators and the Billers to resolve day to day e-billing issues.
  • Obtain required information from partners for new opened matters such  as rates or discount agreements, budgets, and e-billing codes.
  • Assist the Client Compliance team with special projects as assigned by Management.

In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees. This includes complying with the firm’s information security policies, protecting firm assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interference, and reporting security events or potential events or other security risks to management.

Education and / or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation

The base salary offered for this role will be between $55,000 - $65,000. When determining a candidate’s compensation offer, elements unique to each person are taken into consideration including but not limited to skill set, experience level, performance, professional certifications, degrees and location, as well as the needs of the Firm.
