Seeking Senior Software Developer candidate(s) to support Fluor Marine Propulsion at either Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory in West Mifflin, PA or at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in Schenectady, NY.

This contract would be for one year with the option of a second year.

Requirements:

• Must have DOE L clearance or DOD equivalent
• Work will be done onsite

Work Tasks

Typical work scope could include the following:

• a. Provide software migration services to support migration of on premise OEBS R12 modules.
• b. Support application data migration to Oracle Cloud OEBS.
• c. Support integration services between Oracle Cloud applications and Oracle R12 platform.
• d. Support maintenance of the existing Oracle R12 platform and interfaces.
• e. Knowledge transfer of any completed work.

D. Personnel Requirements

• General Requirements: Experience in designing and building integration solutions associated with OEBS and related applications. This includes performing analyses of the functional and technical requirements and experience in implementing the solutions.

Skill sets at a minimum are: Senior Software Developer

• 5 years’ experience as an OEBS Software Developer.
• PL/SQL (writing packages, procedures, functions, triggers and views)
• Experience with CEMLI (Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization and Integration)
• Data Integration and Transformation.
• Shell scripting.

• Strong trouble-shooting, problem resolution, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience with test script development and test execution.
• Experience with source code management (e.g. TFS).
• Ability to design and develop reports in a logical, user friendly, and easy to understand format.
• Experience in data analysis, data profiling, and validation.

Relevant technical experience in 3 or more of the following OEBS modules:

• General Ledger
• Accounts Payables
• Subledger Accounting
• Cash Management
• Fixed Assets
• Projects
• Purchasing
• Inventory
• Application Desktop Integrator (WEB ADI)

Additional desired skills are:

• Cloud Computing (Azure)
• Java (Mulesoft)
• OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition
• OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and ADF (Application Development Framework)
• Experience with migration of on premise OEBS R12 to Oracle Cloud OEBS
