Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International, Inc. (ATL) has partnered with Navarro Research and Engineering, inc. to form Hanford Laboratories and Management Integration (HLMI). We are seeking applicants for one open Research & Technology Development Manager position for the 222-S Laboratory, a DOE facility specializing in the analysis of highly radioactive samples. Work location is in the 200W Area of the Hanford Site near Richland, WA.
Responsibilities:
The Research & Technology Development Manager leads a staff of scientists and chemical technologists, who are primarily baseline funded, in the performance of special analytical testing on a wide array of Hanford Site materials and chemical processes. This job position is accountable to the Analytical Operations Manager. Work scope includes, but is not limited to: waste treatment process development and testing, corrosion chemistry studies, solid-phase characterization, and development of new analytical testing methods.
