NOHN offers a great place to work, competitive pay, and generous signing and retention bonuses totaling $3,500 for Medical Assistants. We’re interested in applicants who are already certified or registered and those interested in beginning their career as a Medical Assistant.

Medical Assistants at NOHN support diverse care teams and are key contributors in providing patient-centered, quality-driven, whole-person healthcare services accessible to everyone in our community. You will be a main point of contact for our patients both in person, over the phone, and via EPIC, our electronic medical record.

As a key member of our care team Medical Assistants can pursue a variety of professional areas of focus and the opportunity to develop your career.

  • NOHN covers the cost of licensure renewals and continuing medical education as well providing a great environment to grow and develop your career through both clinical and leadership opportunities.

Based on your licensure and experience we offer the following:

  • MA-Cs with 1 year or more of applicable experience start at $20/hour + signing and retention bonuses
  • MA-Rs with previous primary or specialty care experience start at $19/hour + signing and retention bonuses
  • Unlicensed applicants will start at $17/hour + signing and retention bonuses, once you are registered as an MA-R you will make $18/hour
  • All employees are eligible for annual, performance-based, merit increases

All full-time MAs, regardless of licensure or experience, are eligible for the following benefits:

  • $3,500 in signing and retention bonuses over your first 12 months
  • 4% contribution to your 401(k) regardless of your personal contribution
  • 8 paid holidays per year
  • 144 hours of PTO per year
  • Employee health, dental, and vision premiums covered 100% by NOHN
  • Dependent child(ren) medical premium paid 100% by NOHN
  • $50/month contribution to a personal Health Reimbursement Account
  • Eligibility to enroll in pre-tax employee funded Flexible Spending or Dependent Care Assistance programs.
