A start-up MEMS company is looking for a MEMS Technical Program Manager to assume responsibility for the ramp of the supply chain to support production of its unique MEMS based module.   

Responsibilities

·        Ramp vendors for the MEMS component including working with MEMS foundries to ramp the existing MEMS component into volume production

·        Manage the relationship with that foundry from initial introduction of product through production ramping

·        Ability to setup and maintaining a scalable and professional document structure (documentation, qualification, quality, specification, tracking of KPIs, etc) 

·        Develop and sustain the supply chain for the surrounding system that includes optical and electrical components assembled into a larger system

Required Skills

·        BS, MS, or PhD in relevant engineering field

·        5-10 years of operations experience supplying MEMS systems or components

·        Experience working with a semiconductor foundry

·        Production, NPI, process development, and analysis

·        Track record with scaling a MEMS product
