Job Summary
The NOC Change Management Analyst I will be responsible for processing network maintenance requests, analyzing impact to customers, sending maintenance notifications, and deconflicting possible areas of overlap of services provided to avoid customer outages. The Analyst I would also monitor the network and report on maintenance successes and overall performance statistics.
Duties & Responsibilities
80%
· Analyze Change Maintenance requests.
· Ensure documented Change Management processes are followed.
· Deconflicts impact between maintenances to avoid unplanned outages.
· Conveys details of the maintenance to end users if customer escalations arise
· Document discrepancies and track/notify to ensure records are accurate.
· Coordinates work and support with Field Operation, Outside Plant and the NOC, and processing impact assessments received.
· Participates in an on-call rotation which will include evenings, weekends and Holidays
· Monitors the network and report on maintenance successes and overall performance statistics
· Knows the basic terminology and technology associated with each maintenance and identifying if it is documented correctly
· The Analyst would also monitor the network and report on maintenance successes and overall performance statistics.

· Participates in new processes and technology training
· Ensures each maintenance timeslot is scheduled appropriately
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or combination of 4 years related experience
Experience: 3+ years of directly related telephony or network operations experience. Must have extensive computer skills with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), experience with Inventory systems is a plus.
Key Competencies: Strong work ethic and multi-tasking ability, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
