MC Dean is an emerging leader in Data Center manufacturing, construction, operations & maintenance, specializing in secure data centers environments. We are seeking a Facility System Administrator to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team responsible for an overseas secure data center. This crucial role will involve managing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) scope for O&M operations, conducting network scans, and serving as the cybersecurity expert on the O&M team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RMF Scope: Responsible for overseeing the Risk Management Framework (RMF) scope for the secure data center's O&M operations. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and regulations
- Cybersecurity Scans: Conduct regular network scans and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the highest level of cybersecurity within the data center
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with O&M leadership and technicians to ensure seamless data center operations and effective cybersecurity practices
- Government Interaction: Interact with government counterparts as needed to address cybersecurity concerns, provide updates, and facilitate information sharing
- System Administration for Industrial Control Systems (ICS): Responsible for creating, modifying, and deleting user profiles and access levels on the facilities industrial control systems comprised of Utility Monitoring and Direct Digital Control systems
- This is a salaried position expected to be on-site during the below hours; however, is expected to respond to site, and be available 365/24/7 as need specifically for escalation of critical incidents

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and compliance
- Certification: Possession and willingness to maintain an IAT Level III certification as required by industry standards
- Education: Hold a 4-year degree in an industry-standard field related to cybersecurity or information technology with 7-9 years of experience
- Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret / SCI with Polygraph Security Clearance required
