Sierra-Cedar is looking for a Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Techno-functional Lead Consultant for a full-time, benefits-eligible, hands-on role in our Public Sector group. You’ll work closely with the Public Sector or Higher Ed clients who view Sierra-Cedar as a trusted advisor. This is not a Manager, PM, or Architect level role. Lead Consultants are both technical and functional hands-on team members. The ideal Lead Consultant candidate has 3-5 years of Oracle Cloud EPM Planning/EPBCS/PBCS implementation experience within the Public Sector (specifically State/Local Govt), Higher Ed or Healthcare industries, and will have completed 3-5+ full life cycle EPM Planning (or EPBCS/PBCS) implementations. On the functional side, our Leads are client-facing, which requires excellent verbal and written communication. You’ll be hands-on with the client, gathering requirements and doing the configuration. You’ll lead design sessions and execute the design while working with one of our Solution Architects. You’ll help to solve complex business problems from strategy to execution using Oracle EPM tools such as Planning (EPBCS/PBCS), Narrative Reporting and Enterprise Data Management. On the technical side, the Lead will be hands-on with building integrations, reports and application configurations. Overall, you’ll be responsible for reviewing and editing project deliverables, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering integrated and technical solutions, as well as leading the team through project delivery. Understanding the business requirements within U.S. state and local governments, along with planning and budgeting experience, is essential in this role.

Our mission is to provide exceptional Oracle Cloud consulting services that enable our clients to achieve their business objectives. We take pride in being a great place to work and in fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

As an EPM Planning Lead Consultant at Sierra-Cedar, you will be responsible for providing excellent consulting services to our clients and will assist in delivering Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud projects in our national practice. As a member of the EPM team, you will work with the EPM Practice Lead, other EPM Lead Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to provide subject matter expertise in designing, developing, and deploying EPM applications and foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Our ideal EPM Consultant has a minimum of a 4-year degree in a related field.

This role will be approximately 70% remote and 30% travel to client sites as needed. This percentage may fluctuate depending on the project/client needs.
