The ability to develop strong communication channels with potential candidates and support client requirements is crucial to our business success.  We are looking for a talented & tech-savvy Recruiter Associate in Aiken, SC, to join our team in providing high professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency to clients and candidates. The successful candidate must have the ability to develop strong communication channels with the candidates and clients.  To achieve this, the incumbent must provide *World Class Service* to contract employees and clients by earning their respect, acting professionally, and expressing the highest sense of urgency.

 

Requirements:

The Recruiter Associate is responsible for all steps associated with the identification, placement, management of contract professionals, and client engagement. This entails the following:

Recruiting

  • Utilize internal Oracle Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Job Boards, and Social Media platforms to identify potential candidates
  • Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement employment
  • Responsible for screening candidates to ensure technical qualifications meet client requirements stated on requisitions and RFQs
  • Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms
  • Conduct skills testing, office and client interviews, and reference checks
  • Maintain excellent documentation in the ATS and VMS
  • Prepare resumes for client submission in the Vendor Management System (VMS) or direct presentation to the clients
  • Manage candidate submission directly to the client or through client VMS
  • Meet with candidates face-to-face and/or via Video call (Zoom, MS Teams, Facetime, etc.)
  • Coach candidates through the client interview process
  • Build relationships with contract employees through different activities, including quarterly coffee or lunch meetings, scheduled Zoom/Facetime meetings, etc.
  • Follow and meet internal and client metrics/SLA
  • Perform other recruiting activities as required

Account Engagement

  • Act as company representative at client meetings
  • Work with client Procurement Representatives, Staff Augmentation Team, Managed Services Provider (MSP) Program, and Direct Clients filling large volumes of technical, engineering, professional, and administrative requirements
  • Lead generation
  • Perform other client engagements and management as assigned

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • May be required from time to time to meet with contractors and Client Representatives

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 plus years experience in DOE government recruiting
  • Staffing recruiting agency experience is a plus
  • Must have 3+ years of recruiting expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT and Non-IT roles
  • Must have strong candidate and client management/relationship experience
  • Must have prior experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (phone, video Zoom/Teams/Facetime)
  • Must be proficient in Windows/Office 365
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Must be a team player with the ability to drive individual success to meet placement goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience as a Recruiter/Account Manager is required
