Seeking a local Private Bank Relationship Advisor to support our banking client in Santa Clara, CA, or Los Angeles, CA.

Note: The position is primarily remote but requires an office visit once a month.

Requirements:       

The Contractor will assist client-facing team members by gathering and screening account documentation for deposits, trusts, and/or loans as part of the onboarding process.

• Provide daily service support and troubleshooting, including but not limited to responding to client requests for account maintenance, gathering/tracking client documentation, processing requests for money movement, and timely follow-up on a wide variety of internal/external client requests.
• Play as a critical member of the service and support team to ensure we fulfill the financial needs of the Private Bank clients.
  

Qualifications: 

• Must have 2+ years of banking experience
• Must have deposit banking experience, preferably both with transactions and account opening
• Tech-savvy with the ability to work remotely
• Client service experience in a banking branch or call center
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients over the phone or email
• Broad knowledge of financial services products and services preferred (deposit products/services, consumer lending products, financial planning, wealth advisory - broker/dealer and/or RIA products/services)
• Must be a self-starter/independent worker
• Must be a quick learner with demonstrated initiative, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements
• Ability to pivot from working independently to collaborating within teams under minimal supervision
• Execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy required, detail-oriented
• Ability to multi-task and effectively process diverse workload
