GENERAL PURPOSE
Minnesota Power is hiring three (3) Project Controls Specialists to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) by overseeing the development, monitoring, and analysis of large capital project budgets, schedules, and risks.
Working closely with the EPMO, Project Managers, the Project Cost and Controls Analyst, Project Scheduler, and Project Risk Analyst, you will monitor, interpret, and analyze cost, schedule, and risk data from multiple sources to ensure project scope, timelines, budgets, and objectives are achieved.
You will help identify issues related to project progress, performance, and compliance with partnership agreements and company objectives, and assist in recommending and implementing the most effective path forward. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Document Management Team to ensure that project documentation—including RFIs, submittals, and drawings—is accurately routed and stored in accordance with EPMO procedures and company requirements.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $82,000 - $102,000. Compensation offered to the selected candidate will vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, training, experience, and market conditions.
