Position: Regional Vice President, Broker Partner Sales – Southeast Territory
Location: Remote (Based in or near the Southeastern U.S.)

The Opportunity: The Regional Vice President, Broker Partner Sales for the Southeast will be a dynamic, high-performing sales professional who will own and lead our national relationship with one or more major broker partner, as well as manage and grow key regional partner relationships across the Southeast territory (AL, GA, FL, MS, NC, SC). This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our reach through trusted broker partnerships and bringing our voluntary benefits program to more employees nationwide.
You will report directly to the Vice President of Sales and lead efforts in influencing broker partners to effectively position Purchasing Power as the premier lifestyle benefit solution for prospective employer clients. Serving as a strategic connector, you will ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated and championed through our partner relationships to drive employer engagement and adoption.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and expand our strategic relationship and sales with a key national broker partner, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within Purchasing Power
- Own broker engagement and sales strategy for the Southeast territory — identifying high-potential partners and building trusted, long-term relationships
- Build and execute a regional go-to-market plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet and exceed growth targets
- Educate and motivate broker partners to promote Purchasing Power’s offerings to employer clients — driving awareness, confidence, and enthusiasm for our program
- Work with the sales enablement and marketing teams to drive partner engagement, enhance sales effectiveness, and optimize lead generation strategies across the partner channel
- Collaborate closely with internal Account Managers to ensure seamless handoff and long-term success of activated broker relationships
- Represent Purchasing Power at partner events, conferences, and board meetings
The Experience You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or a minimum of 8+ years of experience in employee benefits sales, voluntary benefits, or HR services may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Proven success selling through insurance brokers and benefit consultants to mid-size and large employers
- Strong experience in strategic sales, relationship management, and consultative selling
- Confident, polished communicator with outstanding presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel 50%–75% across the Southeast and to national partner meetings
