
Walker Engineering is hiring Apprentice Electricians (E3–E5 classifications) for travel assignments across Texas and other project sites. These roles offer steady work, strong pay, and the chance to grow your skills on large commercial, industrial, and data center projects.
What You’ll Do
Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems under the direction of a Foreman or Superintendent
Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit, wiring, panels, and related materials
Assist with switchgear, terminations, and underground layout
Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
Help maintain tools, materials, and clean work areas
Work safely and follow all company and site procedures
Who We’re Looking For
E3–E5 classification (1–5+ years electrical field experience)
Strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail
Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED preferred
