Job Title: Tagua T7000 Soft Switch Tier 3/4 Support Specialist

Location: Remote

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Tagua T7000 Soft Switch Tier 3/4 Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for our Tagua T7000 Soft Switch platform, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and system reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 3/4 support escalations related to the Tagua T7000 Soft Switch platform.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support, to resolve customer issues and drive product improvements.
  • Document support cases, including troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and customer communication, in our ticketing system.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to Tier 1/2 support teams to enhance their troubleshooting capabilities and ensure effective issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • years of experience in technical support roles, with a focus on telecommunications systems and platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Tagua T7000 Soft Switch platform, including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of IP networking principles, protocols (e.g., SIP, RTP), and telecommunications standards (e.g., VoIP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in high-pressure situations.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Tagua T7000 certification) are a plus.
