Job Title: Network Analyst

Location: Raleigh, NC – Hybrid (likely to begin full-time on-site)

Schedule: 4 days a week, 10 hours per day (Monday - Thursday)

Duration: 1-year initial term

Overview:

Our client operates six active Nuclear Generation Facilities, each with a dedicated local IT staff that includes Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Local IT Technicians. We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to join our team at the Harris Nuclear Facility in Raleigh, NC.

Key Responsibilities:

• SQL Database/Server:

  • Build, support, and implement Windows servers.
  • Troubleshoot Windows server issues.
  • Perform server virtualization.

• Network Infrastructure:

  • Understand and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and hubs.
  • Install and troubleshoot physical layer network equipment.

• Network Switches:

  • Assist with troubleshooting network switches.
  • Rack and stack network switches.

• Wireless Connectivity:

  • Configure and deploy Access Points (AP) for wireless connectivity.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Windows database/server build, support, and implementation.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure.
• Experience with installing and troubleshooting network equipment.
• Ability to configure and deploy wireless access points.
• Experience with server virtualization.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong technical skills in network and server management.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
