Where would you step in?  
As a valuable member of our inclusive One Water team, you will support our clients in southern New Hampshire and Maine, and you may sit in either our Portsmouth, NH or Portland, ME offices. We offer a hybrid remote work environment and flexible Fridays in the summer. 

Our One Water Team and Projects
Nearly 160 professional engineers strong and recent recipients of multiple ACEC Engineering Excellence and ASCE Project Awards, our senior technical and project management leaders have earned an outstanding reputation with private, state, and local government clients. We provide planning, design, and construction phase services for the construction of new, or improvements to existing, conveyance systems, treatment plants, pump stations, and other water infrastructure. We assist our clients with capital improvement plans, hydraulic modeling services, and implementing asset management programs while also undertaking study projects including Long Term CSO Control Plans, Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plans, Integrated Water Resource Management Plans, and Sewer System Evaluation Studies.   

What will you be doing?  
As a Senior Project Manager, you will work collaboratively with a team of experts to provide water quality and treatment solutions for small to large water and/or wastewater systems throughout New England.  You will be a primary client contact, involved in the strategic development of the business line, lead business development and proposal generations as well as provide technical quality control reviews and mentorship to project managers and other staff. Senior Project Managers will be technical leaders in the business line and highly encouraged to partake in industry organizations and to present and publish the results of your team’s work. 

What does a Senior Project Manager need?  
Substantial years of consulting engineering experience and increasing responsibility in the water industry. A BS degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering or a related field is required, and an MS degree is preferred. Senior Project Managers will need a PE license, project management experience, and great technical skills. You are expected to be enthusiastic to learn, self-motivated, and have strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills. You will need to have strong leadership ability and a desire to manage and mentor others.

Senior Project Manager salaries are determined based on internal equity and market analysis and will vary based on the candidate’s skill and experience; the salary range for this position is $134,000 - $176,000. As an employee-owned company, we also offer generous year-end bonuses and robust deferred income benefits to help you build wealth through our matching 401(k), ESOP, and annual profit sharing.
