Where would you step in? 
As a valuable member of our Environment team, you will play a key role with our eastern Massachusetts clients. You can sit in our Westwood, Woburn, Boston, or Providence or Pocasset offices and work in an optional hybrid work model.

Our environment team
Our environment team is over 100 strong throughout our Northeast offices. We cover site assessment, remediation, wetland science, regulatory compliance, permitting, and provide other services to support client work with state and local governments, utilities, private clients, colleges, and hospitals.

What will you be doing?
As a Senior Project Manager and Licensed Site Professional (LSP), you will assist power utility, municipal, commercial, industrial, governmental, and institutional clients with environmental compliance programs and environmental investigations in the fields of soil, groundwater, and air remediation. We expect you to perform senior level project management and delivery for projects and assist with business development and sales efforts in the Environment team. We also expect that you will be the technical lead on projects and help mentor and coach junior staff members. 

What do you need?   
You will need at least 10 years of client and project management experience including scope development, budgeting, staff mentoring/coaching, contract management, business development and client management. You should have a strong technical understanding of the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP), site due diligence, soils management, soil/groundwater remediation and management of hazardous building materials (PCBs, asbestos, lead, OHM) as it relates to environmental remediation and construction projects. You should have a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) registration; other professional licensures is a plus.

Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors; the salary range for this position is typically $134,000 - $176,000.
