Finance Manager (Pittsburgh or remote base in the EasternTime Zone)

The Omnicell North American (NA) Finance team is looking to add a Finance Manager – Advanced Services. The role will work within the NA Finance team to drive the development of processes for reporting and analysis related to the revenue, costs, and margin of Omnicell’s new Advanced Services, primarily focused on SaaS and tech-enabled services. The preferred candidate would be based in Pittsburgh, PA, or remote base in the EasternTime ZoneThis role will report to the Senior Manager, Finance, NA FP&A, and have the following responsibilities: 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a finance partner to support the Advanced Services portfolio of products and tech-enabled service offerings; interfacing with various levels of the organization to understand key drivers and provide financial analysis/decision support
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of P&Ls, strategic financial frameworks, and KPIs for Advanced Services
  • Utilize large data sets to identify the emerging margin patterns for offerings within the Advanced Services portfolio
  • Develop financial models and analysis to inform business decision making for offerings within the Advanced Services portfolio
  • Engage in ad-hoc analysis, new initiatives, and special projects as needed

Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • An Organized thinker with a strong process background and excellent analytical skills
  • Possess the ability to provide and communicate strategic input to business leaders
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of staff
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate work
  • Strong work ethic, patience, and customer service orientation

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • 5+ years of demonstrable FP&A or Accounting experience
  • 2+ years financial modeling experience showing business/market variables
  • 2+ years of experience with SaaS or tech-enabled service companies
  • 2+ years experience with financial trends of recurring revenue streams
  • Experience with interpreting ambiguous information and translating into meaningful business insights to drive favorable outcomes

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting field
  • 2+ years of demonstrable experience leading the development of processes or initiatives in a finance function
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience working with large data sets/variables in systems (i.e., SAP, IBM TM1, and Tableau)
  • Strong accounting/finance background in a multi-location environment
  • A high degree of Excel financial modeling experience
