Position:               Finance Associate Attorney (Junior to Mid-Level)

We have an immediate opening for a junior to mid-level Finance Associate in our San Francisco office.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of law firm experience primarily representing sponsors, borrowers, banks, direct lenders and/or other types of lenders in secured and unsecured loan transactions.  Preference is given to specific experience in acquisition finance but will consider all types of finance backgrounds.

Candidates should be team players with strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable client relationship skills.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and, certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

San Francisco, CA annual salary range: $235,000 to $365,000
