It's an exciting time to join MoFo's dynamic Attorney Recruiting team! The Attorney Recruiting Specialist provides comprehensive support to the Attorney Recruiting Manager and the Washington, D.C. office in the execution of the Law School Recruiting Program, including:
This individual supports and provides recommendations for improving effectiveness of orientation, onboarding and integration. Additionally, the Specialist supports lateral recruiting for the D.C. office as requested. The successful candidate ensures client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas of position, using the Firm’s Client Service Principles as a roadmap for success. The Specialist will also provide support on firmwide projects and initiatives to create efficiencies and best practices across all of our offices. MoFo prides itself on our people. Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of law firm recruiting experience, administrative assistant or coordinator-level experience, or other related experience.
Strong technology skills in MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with Human Resources systems (Workday), and Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo or ViRecruit) preferred.
