The Certified Nursing Assistant Or Licensed Practical Nurse (CNA/LPN) performs specific, supportive nursing services, patient care, and assists nursing personnel under the direct supervision of the registered nurse in the Skilled Nursing Facility/Nursing Home.  Must be self-efficient in dealing with decision making.  Must be able to manage time, pressure and deadlines in a positive fashion, and be able to respond appropriately.

Education:         Graduate of Nursing Assistant training program. Must be listed in Wisconsin Nursing  Assistant Registry, or Licensed Practical Nurse.

Experience:       Two years experience preferred.

Certifications:    CPR Certification required.

Shift:                    Working Casual Call, meaning you work as needed. There is a 10% differential for hours worked.
