About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition & Experience Partner to join our People & Culture team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will lead M&OP’s talent acquisition efforts, leading initiatives to attract and recruit top talent who align to and drive M&OP’s strategic direction. This unique role encompasses both talent acquisition strategy and operations and will bring a strong people experience lens across the full employee lifecycle.
People are the key to our growth and success. Our People & Culture team – particularly the Talent Acquisition & Experience Partner – are trusted advisors and close collaborators who partner with Leaders at all levels. The Talent Acquisition & Experience Partner will apply their skills and approach across transformative change initiatives as well as day to day talent and onboarding activities, empowering leaders with the tools and guidance needed to deliver a world class recruitment and onboarding processes.
