Job Description:
We are seeking a senior level BSA-SME with the ability to perform exceptional data analysis and detailed requirements building supporting United States Space Force readiness reporting objectives for FY23 and beyond. This includes helping to shape policy, forecast readiness shortfalls, and generate future requirements to address senior leader reporting requirements.
The successful candidate will have specialized knowledge in reporting compliance, policy, and relevant leadership at Headquarters SPACE COMMAND and HQ Space.
Responsibilities include:
As a key member of the team, the BSA-SME will be required to analyze data for inconsistencies such as missing/bad data and support complex queries from data source partners or customers. Will also take point on coordinating with the DoD customer to communicate product status and alignment to the organization's needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed for success in regular meetings with senior military officers involved in plans, policy, training management, and readiness assessment.
