Responsibilities of a Key Holder includes, but not limited to:

 

Team Leader / Veteran Brand Ambassador 

  • Assist in cultivating the Attic Salt brand through being a leading representative that is reflective of our core values 
  • Be an addition to the management team and facilitate training for new hires and seasonal team members
  • Demonstrate a true passion and eagerness for the Attic Salt brand and merchandise
  • Ability to divide and conquer delegate tasks accordingly to ensure all objectives and sales goals are achieved in the absence of upper management 
  • Assist in optimizing a store atmosphere that is conducive to a fun and inviting shopping experience emphasizing a culture of excitement and enthusiasm for the products in a manner that is guest-centric 
  • Be a team leader, lead by example in consistently delivering value added service to enhance customer experience

 

Operational Excellence 

  • Ensure day-to-day operations including open/ closing store protocols are completed to Attic Salt standards 
  • Handle cash counts and deposits when management is absent in the store
  • Assist in optimizing the guest and team member experience by maximizing the use of technological resources such as but not limited to: POS, Workforce, NCR, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive etc.
  • Assist in training register operations such as NCR, cash handling, etc. 

 

Success Driven 

  • Demonstrate an elevated level of customer engagement through impactful conversations and use of product knowledge 
  • Reach and exceed personal sales goals
  • Motivate and aid other team members in reaching their sales goal 
  • Assist in boosting team morale through developing positive and encouraging relationships 
  • Able to understand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and be open to making any necessary adjustments, and open to training needed for improving 
  • Embraces new product with enthusiasm and finds ways teaching our guest and team members product knowledge
  • Remain Current on all company policies. Ensure all standards and procedures are followed. 

 

Visual Merchandise / Product 

  • Assist in the rollouts of new product and support visual merchandising team during visits with their marketing strategies and visual directives 
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and communicate any issues needed to be addressed 
  • Be able to execute visual directives in absence of upper management
  • Able to coach loss prevention and identify theft 

 

Qualification/ Basic Job Requirements:

  • Create an exciting shopping experience by staying connected with the customer needs
  • A sense of openness and adventure 
  • One year of retail experience (or experience related in this field) 
  • Knowledge in retail operations, sales, customer service, merchandising, inventory control, and loss prevention
  • Basic computer skills, POS system and Microsoft office 
  • Able to perform basic math functions 
  • Flexible and strives in fast paced environment
