Ideal Candidate

Morrison & Foerster LLP is currently seeking an associate with Dutch bar admission, who will be based in and operate from Amsterdam and who has proven knowledge of EU privacy and data security law.

Applicants should have outstanding analytical skills, be fluent in English, and be detail oriented. Applicants will need to demonstrate a high level of commitment, unfaltering work ethic, and entrepreneurial talents. We offer hands on experience in some of the most challenging matters around the globe and the opportunity to shine in an international environment.

We require an experienced data privacy lawyer who can apply the law in a practical way to find commercial solutions for our clients. You will be advising international clients on a broad range of matters as part of a small team working closely with the partners in Amsterdam, our other European offices, and in other jurisdictions.
