Position:               Class Action + Mass Torts Associate Attorney (Mid Level)
Office:                  San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA
Experience:           3 – 4 Years of Experience

Our team is expanding and we are searching for a Consumer Class Action and Mass Torts Associate.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Class Action defense experience in false advertising, product defect and false representation; and/or experience with mass tort/MDL (required).
• Product liability litigation experience helpful.
• Experience with CA Unfair Competition Law.
• Experience briefing class certification and/or summary judgment.
• Experience drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.
• Experience conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Candidate must be a member of the state bar of California.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience (including class year); and, certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

San Diego, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $310,000
San Francisco, CA annual salary range: $260,000 to $310,000
