Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Manager of Customer Services, you are responsible to assist and report to Manager of the team and provide support to Customer Services Team, including staff training, operation support and campaign management.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist Manager to collaborate with different departments/ business units on campaign development for Customer Services Team.
Provide assistance on review User Requirements, Functional Specifications, UAT Test Plans and conduct UAT test cases to ensure system settings are able to meet user requirements and standards.
Collect feedback from frontline and revert to related departments/ business units for operation/ services enhancement.
Assist Manager on staff training material for Customer Services Team, including new joiners and existing staff members.
Provide operation support to Customer Services Team including operation manuals development/ review, MIS Report preparation.
Ensure staff complies to internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirement when delivering job duties.
Incumbent Requirements:
Secondary education with minimum 3 years working experience preferably in retail banking / consumer products, or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of functional test automation, test management tools and practices.
Logical thinker, result-oriented and with project handling, problem solving and analytical skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with different parties.
Knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
