Responsibilities:  

  • Designated person and provided with authority to serve and manage a large mega size account
  • Need to work with other departments including but not limited to policy admin, underwriting and finance to ensure a smooth workflow and good credit control
  • Handle daily enquiries and provide insurance solutions on the request of broker/ Insured or queries on coverage of the policy
  • Enhance and strengthen relationship with broker and Client to maintain long term relationship
  • Monitoring performance of the account
  • Develop new business through referral from the client

Job Requirements:

  • University degree in relevant disciplines, preferably with ACII, ANZII (Sr Asso) or other insurance professional qualifications
  • Minimum 8 – 12 years of experience in general insurance sales management
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills to enhance business relationship with producers
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good team spirit and collaboration with other teammates
  • Have relevant experience in handling large accounts
  • Good skill in MS office especially excel and data mappin
