The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experience and efficient handling of complaints across various personal lines insurance claims, including Home, Travel, and Maid Insurance. You will also play a pivotal role in developing innovative insurance solutions to meet our customers' needs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess, approve, and validate personal lines claims with precision and integrity.
- Review policy documents and insurance clauses, ensuring alignment with claims management practices
- Drive successful claims transformation initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain effective file management, including appropriate reserving and control of the claims cycle
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints from both external and internal customers promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with a thorough understanding of personal lines
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
