Assistant Manager, Customer Services (SME)

  • University degree with minimum 3 years’ customer service experience in SME / retail banking / consumer products / corporate client service
  • Possess IIQE and / HKSI License(s) is / are preferable
  • Good leadership and people management skills
     

Officer, Customer Services (SME / General Banking*)

  • Secondary education with minimum 1 year's relevant experience in customer services
  • Possess IIQE and / HKSI License(s) is / are preferable

        * Require to perform shift duty (5 Days work week): Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 10:00pm; Sat: 9:00am to 5:30pm
