Fintech Career Accelerator Scheme ("FCAS")

Job Duties:
•    Assist in implementing Fintech projects
•    Explore and implement state-of-the-art new technology such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, block chain and big data analytics in the bank to provide better service to customers and support business needs and in alignment with the Bank and HKMA’s Fintech Strategy
•    Conduct researches and keep track on the emerging technologies in Fintech market
•    Design and develop easy-to-use financial application on internet and mobile for the customers
•    Participate in software development projects leading to real life impacts to the bank and its customers
•    Experiment and integrate individual software components or systems to produce innovative solutions to business problem

Requirements:
(A)    Education Background:
•    PG or UG student

(B)    Discipline Preferred:     
•    Any disciplines with good exposure to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects

(C)    Technical Skills (One or more of the followings):
•    Programming (in any languages)
•    Data Engineering and Analytics
•    Machine learning
•    Generative AI
•    Web and Mobile Development
•    Cloud Computing

(D)    Language Proficiency:
•    Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

(E) Others:            
•    Independent with logical and analytical thinking 
•    Fast learner who are passionate about new technologies
•    Self-initiative, positive and a good team player
•    Presentable and a good team player
