Job Purpose:
To generate new business and revenue for the Bank by exceeding or meeting sales targets for mortgage loan acquisitions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Main Responsibilities:
• Solicit Mortgage Opportunities:
Engage with prospective and existing clients through calls to identify and secure mortgage opportunities; meet or exceed monthly and annual sales and cross-selling targets.
• Promote Banking Products:
Actively promote and cross-sell other banking products, such as policy loans and general insurance, to enhance customer engagement and drive additional revenue.
• Documentation and Drawdown:
Follow up on loan documentation and account opening processes to ensure a smooth and efficient drawdown.
• Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage cross-selling and referral opportunities; effectively utilize referral agencies through strong relationship management.
• Market Intelligence:
Provide insights and market intelligence to Branch Management and the Retail Credit Department to support product development, credit underwriting, and process improvements.
• Customer Satisfaction:
Handle customer inquiries professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining vigilance in managing customer data and compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the process.
Incumbent Requirements:
• Education: Secondary school graduate or above with 3 years of experience in the banking industry, or a degree holder with 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and hardworking.
- Customer-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Additional Requirement: Passing IIQE licenses is preferred.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
