Main Responsibilities:
• Process centralized operations instructions in accordance with stipulated policies and procedures, and management requirements (e.g. data capturing, document screening, information verification, document filing, conducting internal and external checking).
• Perform accurately data input, posting of accounting entries and reconciliation.
• Communicate effectively with internal customer and external customer, if necessary.
• Full compliance with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirement, and management requirements in performing job duties.
• Suggest ideas to supervisor/ management with the aim to enhance the overall service quality, effectiveness and efficiency of daily workflow.
• Assist in branches enquiries and resolving related issues.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned.
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Operation Management or other related discipline with 5 years’ retail banking experience; or secondary education with more than 7 years’ experience in retail banking operation;
• With solid branch operation experience and good understanding of retail banking operations practice;
• Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills;
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, English and ideally Mandarin;
• Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
