Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing administrative support to marketing teams related to customer service, handling deposit creation & rollover, account opening, conducting company searches, AML checking as well as handling customer enquiries and customer files maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education, with University Degree is preferred 
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience in banking industry 
  • Good PC knowledge and customer service skills 
  • Self-motivated and mature with positive attitude 
  • Good communication skill with good command of English and Chinese
  • Capable to work under pressure
