Main Responsibilities:
Partnership & Corporate Management
- Assist to drive the new business development for all channels (e.g. Commercial / Retail and Bancassurance)
- Support CPM Team and Distribution Team to identify and expansion of new business opportunities
- Build the market analyses and targeting strategies for top prospects
- Cultivating and manage key business relationships with assigned accounts increasing engagement
Marketing
- Develop brand images on digital media platforms via quality content management
- Liaise with advertising agencies / production house / vendors to develop and execute corporate campaigns and marketing collaterals. Working in partnership with them and guide the direction to meet objectives for all public-facing communications, including print, digital and video assets. Ensure all integrated marketing activities are in alignment with Dah Sing Insurance’s corporate identity.
- Support Marketing Communications master plan to ensure a smooth delivery. Facilitate the branding, advertising and promotional campaign.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate sign off process. Be the gatekeeper of all marketing materials, assist stakeholders with copywriting / proofreading when required
- Coordinate marketing strategies with the teams and develop and managing the marketing budget
- Maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:
- Degree holder in related disciplines with relevant professional qualification
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing & business development
- Tech-savvy with good understanding of digital marketing, including SEM, SEO, Facebook marketing, google ad, web analytics, web content management.
- Proficiency in product and marketing campaign development cycles; ideally in general insurance or/and banking industry
- Self-discipline with strong interpersonal, presentation and coordination skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
