Host training session and handling all digital queries from participants to on-board agents and brokers as well as new products and features launch on platform
Prepare regular digital communications and tips to agents and brokers
Improve digital experience through gathering feedback from agents and brokers
Market research on latest and market digital trends
Assist digital solution design and development with IT team
Support internal digital enquiries and raise enhancement
Requirement
Bachelor degree or accredited insurance professional qualification
Good understanding in general insurance products
Digital savvy is preferred
Proficient in English and Chinese
Self-motivated and able to deliver with minimal supervision
Independent running workshop and training experience is required
Strong customer-oriented mindset and skills
Effective communication skills and high level of integrity
