Role Overview

As the Human Capital/Workforce Development Practice Lead, you will be at the forefront of shaping talent strategies for our diverse clientele. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative workforce solutions that align with our client's business objectives and navigate the complexities of change management.

We are looking for a person with competencies in the following areas:

Practice Lead

  • Develop and execute comprehensive workforce development strategies that drive organizational performance and adaptability.
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to identify talent gaps and create tailored solutions for leadership development and succession planning.

Program Design and Implementation

  • Craft cutting-edge training programs that foster leadership skills, change readiness, and cultural transformation.
  • Oversee the development of learning curricula that blend traditional methods with emerging technologies to maximize engagement and retention.

Partnership and Business Development

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and educational institutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth by leveraging your expertise in workforce trends and best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset who is willing to grow this area of our portfolio

Team Management and Mentorship

  • Lead and inspire a team of consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that exceed client expectations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within your team and across the organization.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in workforce development, with a proven track record in consulting or leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, change management methodologies, and leadership development frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

·       This position requires a strong consulting background including sales, service delivery, and management.  As the lead, you must be able to inspire people and work collaboratively with our program managers and other departments within Management Concepts to provide seamless delivery of quality, cost-effective solutions to our customers.  

Preferred Certifications/Methodologies

·       PMP (Project Management Professional)

·       CMC (Certified Management Consultant)

·       CWPP (Certified Workforce Planning Professional)
