Jewelry Television - Sample Fulfillment Coordinator

The Sample Fulfillment Coordinator role is responsible for the accuracy of show pulls, put-away, and sample locations. This also includes maintaining accurate inventory levels by using internal applications including RWB Scan, Fulfillment, Pre-Red, and Micro Strategy reporting. Additionally, assisting in other operations departments as requested or needed.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Manage and monitor show needs.
2. Ensure accuracy of show pulls and put-away.
3. Assist with other operational duties as needed.

 Experience and Skills:

1. General knowledge of handling product handling and inventory management.
2. Understanding of RWB-Scan and Fulfillment applications.
3. General Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.

Requirements:

• General knowledge of product handling and inventory movement with an emphasis on picking product.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs multiple times per day
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to reach above head to secure orders
• Ability to bend and reach as needed
