What information do we collect about you?

When applying for a position with Camp Quality we request you apply with a cover letter (responding to the selection criteria, where required) and your current resume. Your resume may include personal information about you eg. name, phone number, residential address and email address.

Should you be offered employment with Camp Quality we will request additional information about you for payroll and other employment related purposes. We will require you to hold and maintain a valid Working with Children’s Check relevant to the state you are in, proof or your working rights in Australia and personal identity documentation.

Why do we need your personal information?

Camp Quality collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information relating to you for the following purposes:

  • Administration: Initial screening and interviewing, contract of employment and payroll purposes, insurances, and WHS

  • Compliance: to comply with our legal obligations.

  • internal support services: Identified People & Culture team members (this includes Payroll) and in reasonable circumstances, executive level management.

  • third parties, as required by law

  • anyone else you authorise us to share your personal information with.
