The WPAOG is seeking a Great Hall Representative for the Alumni Support Department. This position reports directly to the Director of Alumni Services. As part of the Alumni Services Team, this individual will work on an as-needed basis for events taking place at the Herbert Hall Alumni Center.

Primary responsibilities include coordinating with caterers, clients, and WPAOG staff for usage of the Great Hall and serving as the temporary Great Hall Representative during events.   This includes working on floor plans and marketing plans, collecting contracts, assisting with security clearances, completing event assessments, invoicing for additional services, and ensuring clients and vendors comply with policies as the venue coordinator.  Other duties may be assigned as needed.
