Knowledge Manager

Bremerton, WA

 Responsibilities:

Provide on-site/off-site knowledge management support to the CT1 Community Leaders (e.g., KSN Process Masters, KMSO, CT1 PD, Focal Points) in the planning and execution of all aspects of the knowledge management process, as well as assist in the planning and facilitation of knowledge management events. Salary range is $68K to $74K per year. 

 

Provide support for events/meetings:

  • Knowledge Management Community of Practice (KMCoP) Face to Face meeting
  • Three Leadership Group (3LG) Face to Face meeting
  • CT1 Annual Community Event
  • Availability Hot Washes KSN Meetings, and CVN Retrospect’s

Provide staff support to the CT1 program and Carrier Project Teams.

 Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen with a Secret Security Clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management discipline or technical management and 3 years professional experience directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a public or private shipyard’s perspective. –OR - associate degree Business Management discipline or technical management and 5 years professional experience directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a public or private shipyard’s perspective. –OR  5 years professional experience in Knowledge Management and 7 years professional experience directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a public or private shipyard’s perspective.
  • With a bachelor’s degree in business management discipline or technical management, 3 years professional experience directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a public or private shipyard’s perspective. –OR - With an associate degree Business Management discipline or technical management, 5 years professional experience directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a public or private shipyard’s perspective. –OR - 5 years professional experience in Knowledge Management and 7 years professional experience directly involved in the planning and execution of CVN availabilities from a public or private shipyard’s perspective.
