SUMMARY: The Independent Consultant will be responsible for delivery of training and facilitation services in support of the Human Resources and Human Capital Practice at Management Concepts. Consultants will use subject matter expertise, principles of adult learning theory and workplace experience to meet the objectives of each engagement.

 

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:  Serve as a subject matter expert when delivering training sessions. Conduct training sessions 1-5 days in length for up to 25 participants. Provide feedback to MC after each engagement. Facilitate learning and group process according to the facilitators guide and adhere to course objectives and schedules Conduct a pre-delivery interview with the client via telephone if requested.

 

SPECIFIC TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

We are currently seeking independent consultants with Federal Human Resources and Human Capital domain expertise in the following facets: Workforce Planning, Human Capital Planning, Recruiting and Placement, Position Classification and Management, Job Analysis, Competency Assessment, Performance Management, Employee Development, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, and  HR Analytics.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


Masters degree preferred
Certification in Facilitation, Training, Human Resources, Human Capital or other area of relevant professional expertise.

At least 3 years of experience as a training facilitator; formal trainer certificate desired

Experience in a leadership role within a Federal organization preferred

Ability to teach virtual classes
