FTS has opportunities for Targeters in Northern Virginia.

Targeters are responsible for fusing intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines.

Responsibilities

• All-source intelligence research, analysis, report writing, operational concept development, stakeholder engagement, and the presentation of reports to all levels of customer management
• Communicate highly complex information accurately and clearly while working collaboratively in a team environment
• Draft and disseminate written reports and requests for information

Required Skills/Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Polygraph
• BS/BA degree
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to confidently deliver clear and concise briefings

Desired Skills/Qualifications

• Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations
• Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases
• Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
• Formal training or certification as a Target Officer
• Overseas experience supporting collection operations and information sharing
• Foreign language skills
