Discovery Analyst 2 

Location: NSAW / NSAG / NSAT / NSAH

Required Security Clearance: Top Secret SCI with Poly (Counter Intelligence or Full Scope Poly)

Required Certifications: N/A

Required Education: Desired not required: Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or years of experience in lieu of degree.

Required Experience: Desired not required Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in any field.

 Required Experience: Shall have a minimum of 8 years’ experience and in-depth demonstrated experience in at least five of the following 15 areas. A Bachelor’s Degree in related fields may be substituted for the required 8 years of experience.

· Geospatial metadata analysis

· SIGINT Collection Systems
· Researching Network Topologies

Description and Responsibilities: Positions on contract may vary depending on candidate’s skillset but will align with the some of the following disciplines: Analysis, Collection Systems and Operations, Processing and Exploitation, Customer Operations and Requirements. Within these disciplines, the candidate will use analytical methodologies and technical skills to evaluate data, develop target and access discovery efforts and strategies, and document the results to support the government customer.  The candidate will be required to learn applicable agency tools, leveraging their capabilities to support analytic efforts and provide input for improvement. All positions require monitoring of analytic tools, open source research and direct or indirect support to the reporting requirements of the customer.

Working Conditions: Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.
