Officer, Customer Value Management - SAS programming (fresh graduate is also welcome)
 

In this role, you are required to assist the team to understand customer needs & behavior with data analytics, for providing quality banking services to our customers. Day-to-day business monitoring and deep-dive analysis are also our important roles to help business growth.

Job Responsibilities

•    Compile MIS reports for various business monitoring
•    Perform analysis to solve business questions and identify business opportunities 
•    Work closely with Business Teams on marketing campaign execution
•    Evaluate the performance of marketing promotions and provide recommendations on future programs
•    Develop, maintain & apply statistical models and data-mining techniques for cross-selling and customer retention

Job Requirements

•    Degree or above with major in Statistics, Business Analytics, Information System or related discipline
•    Self-motivated, energetic and passionate in developing a long-term career in financial services industry
•    Attention to details and good problem solving skills
•    Good communication skills and good team player
•    Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
•    Knowledge in SAS/SQL programming

Suitable candidate with more experience may considered as Senior Officer.
