Officer / Senior Officer, Customer Services (General Insurance)
 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality pre-sale and post-sale services to customers
  • Develop the sales of general insurance businesses for the direct channel via inbound and outbound calls
  • Ensure the best practice of customer services and maintain excellent services level
  • Support bank and alternative channels by providing assistance and operation support
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Manage necessary renewal procedures and documentation with well time management
  • Comply and fulfil the internal and external control standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary or above
  • 3-5 years sales and customer services experience, preferably in general insurance industry
  • Acquired relevant insurance licenses (I&II)
  • Good insurance product knowledge, knowledge in medical insurance and advantage
  • Good customer services and communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Calm composure and detail-oriented
