Reporting to the Head of Digital Technology, you are responsible for leading the System Development team to develop secured and quality systems to support internet and mobile channels.

Responsibilities:

• As the Project Lead, leading local and offshore development team to deliver a portfolio of digital technology projects
• Drive the continuous improvement in the development process, quality assurance and other practices of the solution delivery
• Manage support and ensure the stability of the production digital services
• Proactively plan, review and adjust the system capacity for the production digital services
• Actively manage, track and report the projects status to senior management
• Source and recommend fit-for-purpose technology solutions to fulfill the business objectives
• Coach and develop the team and assist the formulation of technology strategy in the digital domain
• Deputize the Head of Digital Technology as needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Information Technology /Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 15 years of relevant banking experience in project management, preferably with knowledge of financial applications and experience in Digital Technology
• Experienced in design and developing web applications or mobile applications
• Solid project management and analytical skills with a strong sense of responsibility
• Team lead exposure is a must
• Has a strong sense of ownership, well organized, disciplined and detail-minded
• Experienced in managing offshore development resources with strong quality mindset
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile technology and competent in designing large-scale digital applications
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese
